Kingdom of Heaven

Wohooooooooooo... we finally won today at the netball game. Final score 41-34 and it is definitely an exciting feeling finally breaking the barrier after so many weeks. The whole team was really really thrilled after the game.

Spent the morning with Tessa, Steve and Angelique - helping out Tessa with a personal project of hers. I was lending my voice to a character called 'Dr. Kumara Swami' who was literally a kumara with a turban. :-) confused?? I will put up some pics when I get them off Angelique...It was really fun and enjoyed every moment of it.

Also saw 'Kingdom of Heaven' and it was a good movie - not great- just good.. Ridley Scott can definitely unleash hell on-screen. And though it would be unfair to compare the movie to other war epics like Alexander and Troy - this was still the one which works the best amongst those three. The movie felt rushed at places {maybe because of studio constraints} and it felt short {inspite of its long running time}. I would definitely be interested on seeing the extended director's cut on this one.
