Fray

I have been a bad boy - I just ordered a few things from amazon
> Fray {One of the first foray into comics by Joss Whedon}
> Batman Begins: Deluxe Edition {Region-4 set sucks as it is costlier and it doesn't have extra goodies which come with the set in Region-1 like the exclusive collectible 72 page comic which contains some early issues of Batman}
> Serenity - screenplay {I have promised myself that I won't open it till after I have seen the movie - hell I have been avoiding spoilers from the movie left, right and centre}
This is besides the most recent acquisition of Serenity mini-series comics - man I am being indulgent but do I love it.

Today just flew past without a whisper and before I knew it was the end of the day. I picked up the physical airline tickets and also managed to book a hotel room for the stop over at Hong Kong, so can safely say that the program is final. Flying from Auckland on 17th, stop over in Hong Kong the same day and then land in Delhi on the night of 18th. The domestic plans are not fixed, so can't write but fly back from Delhi on 4th Jan,2006, stop over in Hong Kong for 12 hours and then land back in Auckland on the morning of the 6th.

I drove to work today and when I got back home I somehow felt empty. Seeing that it was nice and sunny outside plus with the extra hour gained from daylight savings- I decided that I would bike for sometime. I ended up biking to Devonport and back {which is about a total of 20 K.M odd for the round trip} and the ride was fun. I like the Devonport area because there are places where the cyclists can ride on the footpaths along with the pedestrians - cycling lanes...love that. I actually wanted to get an ice cream cone from the ice-cream shop at the Devonport Ferry terminal but they had already closed, so took a couple of snaps which caught my eye and biked back. Here are the pics - hope you enjoy them while I get back to reading 'Hellblazer'

As random as it can get

Ok..it was sunny but it got overcast. View of the Auckland skyline

Bye for now,
Amit
