Conspiracy
Conspiracy seems to be the theme for the day - I watched 'Spartan' - a movie by David Mamet and read a 6 part mini-series titled 'Badlands' . Spartan was a nice movie - definitely under rated but still a really nice movie. Everything about the movie is spot on and it does tell the story in a different way and never spoon feeds anything {which could be the reason why it did not do well at the box office}. Val Kilmer delivers a top notch performance which lifts the movie up several places. Badlands was an interesting read and it definitely hits you hard because of the art work combined with story telling. I watched 'Motorcycle Diaries' again and it was still touching and uplifting and a great movie to see again - it has a magical quality which is hard to define.Benji sent over some pics from Zion National Park where Zion Independent Film Festival was held - to view more of the pics you can visit Benji's website. What a glorious setting!!!

Also find the links to the teaser poster for 'Nowhere to Love' in different screen resolutions.
Driving on the motorway can become monotonous and all you are paying attention to is driving - I was in a similar state when the mini truck in front of me caught my eye. It said "Our business is in the shit". I was amused and went into the other lane to see the side of the truck, to find out which business openly proclaims that there company is in shit. It turned out that they were in the business of cleaning drainages, so there business was literally in the shit :-)
Good night,
Amit
